Customer agrees to use all BinCrew bins, dollies, and rental equipment safely, responsibly, and only for their intended moving and storage purposes.
Customer is responsible for the care, custody, control, and safe use of all rental equipment while it is in Customer’s possession.
Customer understands that moving, lifting, stacking, loading, unloading, and transporting bins may involve risk of injury or property damage if not done safely.
BinCrew is not responsible for injuries, accidents, falls, property damage, damage to personal belongings, improper lifting, overloading, improper stacking, misuse of bins or dollies, dolly-related incidents, or failure to properly secure items while the rental equipment is in Customer’s possession, except where prohibited by law.
Customer agrees not to allow children or minors to climb on, ride on, play with, or improperly use the bins or dollies. Bins and dollies should be kept in a safe, dry, accessible location and returned in the same general condition received, normal wear expected.
Customer agrees to follow any safety instructions provided by BinCrew and to notify BinCrew of any damaged or unsafe equipment before use.
