How Our Service Works

BinCrew proudly serves Clarksville and surrounding areas within a 20-mile delivery radius. Local delivery and pickup are included within 10 miles of our Clarksville base. Deliveries from 11-20 miles may include a small distance fee based on mileage and travel time. Orders outside our regular delivery area may require approval or a custom quote.

Rental Time Extensions

Our standard rental period is one week. Need more time? Please contact BinCrew before your scheduled pickup to request an extension. Additional rental time is charged by the week and is based on availability. If a customer only needs a few more days, the weekly extension fee still applies because the bins and dollies are being held from future rentals and must remain scheduled for pickup.

Refundable Deposit

A refundable equipment deposit may be collected at booking and refunded after pickup once all bins and dollies are returned in good condition. Any missing, broken, heavily damaged, excessively dirty, or contaminated items may be deducted from the deposit or charged to the payment method on file.
